1. Verify that you have a data connection: you cannot use the application in offline mode.
2. If the phone’s GPS is not active ( normal setting to save phone battery) remember to activate it before registration.
3. Turn off battery power saving mode on devices that support this setting.
4. Assicurati di non aver attivato “Non disturbare”. Controlla questo andando su Impostazioni> Non disturbare. Impostalo su “Off”.
5. Make sure that you have not activated “Do Not Disturb” mode. Check this by going to Settings> Do Not Disturb. Set it to “Off”.
6. Make sure that the notification sounds for “Allow notifications” are active.
7. The device has a mute switch (for ring or silent mode). Usually this switch is located on the left side of your device. Make sure the mute button is not active by manually pushing “Ring / Silent” to the “Ring” position.
8. Check the Bluetooth: if you have recently connected to a Bluetooth device, sometimes this connection remains and alerts are sent there instead of to your device. In this case, disconnect or disable pairing of the Bluetooth device.

1. Verifica di avere una connessione dati, non è possibile utilizzare l’Applicazione in modalità offline
2. Se il GPS del telefono non è attivo (situazione normale se si vuole risparmiare la batteria del telefono) ricordati di attivarlo prima di avviare la registrazione.
3. Disattivare il Risparmio energetico della batteria per i dispositivi che lo supportano
4. Assicurati di non aver attivato “Non disturbare”. Controlla questo andando su Impostazioni> Non disturbare. Impostalo su “Off”.
5. Assicurati che i suoni per le notifiche “Consenti notifiche” sia attivato.
6. Il dispositivo dispone di un interruttore di silenziamento (squillo o silenzioso). Solitamente questo interruttore si trova sul lato sinistro del tuo dispositivo. Assicurati che il pulsante di disattivazione dell’audio non sia attivato spingendo l’interruttore “Suoneria / Silenzioso” sulla posizione “Suoneria”.
7. Guarda Bluetooth: se ti sei connesso di recente a un dispositivo Bluetooth, a volte tale connessione rimane e gli avvisi vengono inviati al suo posto anziché al tuo dispositivo. In tal caso, scollegare o annullare l’abbinamento del dispositivo Bluetooth.
